Nike and StockX dispute case goes to trial

Earlier this year, Stockx store launched sneaker NFT, but was sued by Nike for trademark infringement because NIKE sneakers appeared in it. Stockx also responded and proved that it was to ensure the authenticity of the products sold.
However, according to media reports, Nike purchased its brand sneakers through StockX, and several pairs of them were identified as fake. Among these pairs, only one shoe's name has been mentioned, that is, the AJ1 black and red patent leather, which is also one of the eight StockX Vault NFTs that Nike claims to have violated trademarks. And it’s one of the best-selling ones.
