StockX's customer service is notorious for causing trouble for sneaker buyers with shoes deemed fake, with some users revealing the company's tendency to accept and sell damaged or fake products only to reject them on another review.
Consumers gain insight into the number of counterfeit sneakers caught by StockX. Over the past year, StockX has spotted more counterfeit Nike Dunk Lows in the “Panda” colorway than any other model.
